育龄期女性银屑病患者家庭亲密关系及生育忧虑调查

摘　　要：目的调查育龄期女性银屑病患者的家庭亲密关系、生育忧虑状况。方法使用银屑病患者家庭亲密关系量表和生育忧虑量表对第四军医大学西京皮肤医院皮肤科100例患者进行评估。结果与患病前相比,患者夫妻情感、性频率、性欲、性感觉、亲子间互动、亲子照顾、亲子间亲密度、亲情感情和亲情间情绪明显降低(P<0.05),未生育39例患者中29例(74.36%)患者有生育忧虑,其中担心疾病遗传13例(33.33%)、担心照顾子女不周8例(20.51%)、担心药物影响胎儿发育8例(20.51%)。结论育龄期女性银屑病患者家庭亲密关系较差,生育忧虑来源于多方面,医务工作者应及时干预,减小两者影响。Objcetive To investigate the family intimacy, fertility anxiety in reproductive-age women with psoriasis. Methods One hundred patients in researcher’s department were evaluated with family intimacy scale and fertility anxiety scale. Results Compared with before illness, the relationship with husbands, sexual frequency, sexual desire, sexual feelings, interaction with children, parent-child care, intimacy between parents and children, affection between parents and children were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Among the 39 nulliparous patients, 29 cases(74.36%) had fertility anxiety, including 13 cases(33.33%) worried about disease heredity, 8 cases(20.51%) worried about poor child care, and 8 cases(20.51%) worried about drug-induced side effect on their babies. Conclusion The family intimacy in reproductive-age women with psoriasis is poor, and the patients may worry about reproductive health from many aspects. Medical workers should intervene in time to reduce the effects of them.
