文化活动视角下商业综合体公共空间活力研究——基于瑞虹天地月亮湾室外广场的行为学调查

摘　　要：私有公共空间为高密度城市的社区居民交往与文化活动开展提供了一种新的可能。研究选择典型的社区商业综合体瑞虹天地月亮湾作为实验对象,通过对其室外广场的时空间行为观测,发现在观测区域内社会性活动与商业性活动相互促进,不同时空间下的活力差异显著,提出挖掘私有公共空间激发文化活力与根据行为观测结果进行文化活动策划的建议。Private owned public space provides a new possibility for community activities and cultural events in high density cities,which is helpful to stimulate cultural innovation in urban renewal.In this study,“the Hall of the Moon”in Rui Hong Xin Cheng,as a typical case of commercial complex in community,was selected as the experimental subject.Through the observation of space/time behavior in building’s outdoor square,it is found that the number of social activities was more than that of commercial activities during each interval on the observation area.Furthermore,it proves that the outdoor open space of“the Hall of the Moon”has the characteristics of public space due to social activities gathering and transforms into community public space.
