摘　　要：地方应用型本科院校由于自身条件的限制和发展目标的不同,在应用型人才培养模式等方面存在诸多困难。为了打破发展困境,完善人才培养模式,实现应用型人才培养,提升服务地方能力,教学联盟建设势在必行。Due to the limitations of their own conditions and different development objectives,application-oriented undergraduate universities run by the local government is facing many difficulties in terms of the training mode of application-oriented talents.In order to break the dilemma and reform the training mode of talentsto realize application-oriented talents training goals,it is imperative to build a teaching alliance.
