摘 要:立井井筒施工突遇含水层时常采取施工止浆垫进行工作面注浆堵水。止浆垫的施工质量直接影响注浆堵水效果,是工作面打钻注浆的基础工程。以某矿大断面竖井工作面预注浆施工为实例,探讨了竖井工作面注浆止浆垫设计与施工要点。实践证明止浆垫的成功施工为后期承受工作面最大注浆压力并防止浆液向工作面跑浆、漏浆起到了非常好的控制作用,可在同类竖井工作面预注浆防水的工程中加以借鉴。The grouting pad is often used for water plugging at working face in case of aquifer in shaft construction.The construction quality of grouting pad directly affects the grouting water plugging effect,which is the basic engineering of drilling and grouting at working face.Taking the pre-grouting construction of a shaft large-section working face as an example,the paper discusses the design and construction of grouting pad at the shaft working face.The practice proves that the successful construction of the grouting pad plays a very good control role in bearing the maximum grouting pressure of the working face in the later stage and preventing the grout from flowing and leaking to the working face.It can be used for reference in the similar shaft face pre-grouting waterproof engineering.
