摘　　要：莱歇立磨是金冠铜业研磨和干燥冰铜粉的关键核心设备。介绍了莱歇立磨的结构组成及工作原理,并对莱歇立磨连续使用过程中遇到的磨辊辊套大端剥落、磨机撒料等问题进行了原因分析,在此基础上,提出了相应的解决方案,总结了冰铜磨维护要点。Loesche vertical roller mill is the key equipment of matte powder grinding and drying in Jinguan Copper Branch.The paper introduces the structure and working principle of matte mill.Based on the cause analysis of the problems in the continuous application of Loesche vertical roller mill such as the spalling of the roller shell and the material scattering from the mill,the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and summarizes the maintenance key points of the matte mill.
