摘 要:客户"准时达"要求使车辆配送可靠度成为新的研究方向,而城市道路拥堵增加了其研究难度.因此,考虑交通拥堵对车辆行驶时间的影响,建立基于时变的随机旅行时间车辆路径模型,同时引入可靠度评价模型以评估车辆行程的可靠性,并设计混合模拟退火算法对模型进行求解.最后结合重庆某超市案例给出详细配送方案和路径可靠度,实验结果证明了模型的有效性.The requirement of"Just in time"attained increased attention in recent years.However,the intrinsic characteristics of urban roads lead to different speeds of vehicle at each time intervals of a day,which increases the difficulty of reliability study.In order to address this issue,a model for vehicle routing problem with time-dependent stochastic travel time is established,and then solved by a hybrid simulated annealing algorithm.In addition,a reliability evaluation model is introduced to evaluate the reliability of all tours generated from a solution.Finally,utilizing a real case,a big supermarket in Chongqing,the detailed distribution plan is obtained and the reliability of each tour is presented.Numerical results show that the model is effective and efficient under the certain condition.
