非对称蛙鸣博弈视角下少数民族地区清真食品监管分析

摘　　要：加强民族地区清真食品监管对于民族团结稳定、经济发展等具有重大现实.意义.从清真食品两监管主体(民族事务部门与工商行政管理部门)博弈特点入手,创新性的构建了其非对称蛙鸣博弈模型;利用复制动态方程及雅克比矩阵从四种情况入手分析各种情况的稳定均衡状况.研究发现:1)不论哪种情况,只要保障"双方作为时的纯收益都大于各自搭便车收益"成立,双方最终将收敛于"共同作为"的状态;2)当一方搭便车时对方纯收益一旦为负值,双方最终都倾向于"不作为";3)只要有一方满足努力工作时纯收益小于搭便车收益,系统将会大概率向"单边不作为"的稳定均衡演化.最后,从治理的视角,分别针对不同的均衡状态提出了相应的对策.Strengthening the supervision of Halal Food in ethnic areas is a great practical significance to the national unity,stability,economic development and so on.In the paper,Starting with the characteristics of the game of the regulatory body,innovatively construct the Non Symmetric and Croaking of Frogs Game Theory and the stable strategies and 4 equilibrium points of the system are analyzed by using the replication dynamic equation.the paper finds that:1)No matter what kind of situation,As long as the guarantee"as both sides of the net proceeds more than their own free rider revenue"was established,the two sides will eventually converge to the state of the"two sides work together";2)When a party to a free ride and the other side of the net income is negative,both sides eventually tend to"not to work";3)As long as there is one side to meet the pure income of the hard work is less than the free rider gains,there will be at least one side not hard work on the system.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of cluster governance.
