摘 要:给出在区间直觉模糊集下建立PROMETHEE-AQM模型的多属性群决策方法.首先,利用了两个区间直觉模糊数的优先概率,计算同一属性下不同方案之间的偏差;其次,定义了区间直觉模糊数的相似函数,进而给出了区间直觉模糊数的一种新排序方法;最后,基于0-1优先关系矩阵和各个决策者的偏好指数熵,定义了新的优先关系.通过综合0-1优先关系矩阵计算最优方案,给出了具体方案排序方法.并由实例说明本文给出方法的可行性和有效性.This paper presents a multi-attribute group decision making method for establishing PROMETHEE-AQM model under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Firstly,the priority probability of two interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is used to calculate the deviation between different alternatives under the same criterion.Secondly,The similarity function of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number are defined,and based on this function,a method for ranking interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is presented.Finally,a new priority relationship is defined based on the 0-1 precedence relationship matrix and the preference index entropy of each decision maker.The optimal scheme is calculated by the overall 0-1 precedence relationship matrix,and the specific scheme ordering method is given.A numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
