单病种临床护理路径对十堰市某医院卵巢癌患者护理费、护理时数、满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨单病种临床护理路径对卵巢癌患者住院的护理费、护理时数及满意度产生的影响。方法:选取2018年6-12月于湖北省十堰市某三甲医院住院治疗的90例卵巢癌患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,均45例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施单病种临床护理路径,比较两组患者的护理费、护理时数及患者满意度。结果:试验组总护理费(1742.63±287.33)元,显著低于对照组(2321.64±462.19)元,且试验组总护理时数(17.12±3.44)小时显著低于对照组(28.64±9.21)小时,组间比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组患者总满意度91.11%,明显高于对照组总满意度73.33%(P<0.05);试验组患者专业操作、健康教育、形象、业务水平评分均高于对照组,而沟通能力、服务态度评分低于对照组,组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施单病种护理临床路径可显著降低卵巢癌患者护理时数,提高患者满意度,但也存在满意度中服务态度及沟通能力得分降低的情况,在临床推广应用时,应注重宣传教育,减少可能造成的不良后果。Objective:To explore the effect of single disease clinical nursing path on the nursing cost,nursing hours and satisfaction of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:90 patients with ovarian cancer who were hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Shiyan city from June to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each.The control group adopted routine nursing,the experimental group adopted single disease clinical nursing path.The nursing cost,nursing hours and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total nursing cost of the experimental group was(1742.63±287.33)yuan,which was significantly lower than the control group(2321.64±462.19)yuan,and the total nursing hours of the experimental group(17.12±3.44)hours were significantly lower than the control group(28.64±9.21)hours,there were statistical differences between the comparisons(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than the total satisfaction of the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).The scores of professional operation,health education,image and business level of patients in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,while the scores of communication ability and service attitude were lower than those in the control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of single disease nursing clinical path can significantly reduce the nursing hours of patients with ovarian cancer,and improve patients'satisfaction,but there are also cases where the service attitude and communication ability scores are reduced in satisfaction.At the same time of clinical promotion and application,attention should be paid to publicity and education to reduce the possible adverse consequences.
