摘  要:目的:深入探讨城乡大学生就业压力源、认知评价与其自尊水平之间的关系,以期为大学生应对就业压力,提高自尊水平提供参考。方法:采用大学生就业压力源量表、认知评价量表、自尊量表对武汉市某大学286名大学毕业班学生进行调查。结果:大学毕业生在个人、家庭/亲友方面的就业压力源、积极和消极认知评价、自尊水平上均存在显著的城乡差异(P<0.01);大学毕业生的就业压力源、认知评价和自尊呈显著相关(P<0.05);积极认知评价在城市籍大学生就业压力源与自尊之间起完全中介作用,而积极和消极认知评价均在农村籍大学生就业压力源与自尊之间起完全中介作用。结论:就业辅导工作中应鼓励大学毕业生提升积极认知评价,重点关注农村籍大学生的消极认知,以提升其自尊水平。Objective:To explore the relationship among job-seeking stress,cognitive evaluation and self-esteem in college graduates from urban and rural areas,in order to provide reference for college students to cope with employment pressure and improve their self-esteem.Methods:Job-seeking Stress Scale,Making Sense of Adversity Scale,and Self-esteem Scale were applied to 286 college graduates.Results:There was significant difference between urban and rural areas among individual and family/friends of job-seeking stressors,cognitive evaluation and self-esteem(P<0.01).College graduates'job-seeking stress,cognitive evaluation and self-esteem were significantly related(P<0.05).The effect of job-seeking stress on self-esteem totally mediated by positive cognitive evaluation in urban sub-sample,while the effect of job-seeking stress on self-esteem totally mediated by positive and negative cognitive evaluation in rural sub-sample.Conclusion:In the employment counseling work,college graduates should be encouraged to improve their positive cognitive evaluation,and focus on the negative cognitive evaluation of rural college students,so as to improve their self-esteem.
