摘　　要：社区档案作为社区工作中必不可少的一个环节,对社区工作的正常运行与稳定发展起着越来越重要的作用。基于SWOT分析法,对当前我国社区档案事业建设的内部优势和劣势及面临的外部机会和威胁进行分析,从而制定科学的发展策略,以期更好地推进我国社区档案工作良性发展。As an indispensable link in community work,community archives play an increasingly important role in the normal operation and stable development of community work.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages as well as the external opportunities and threats of the current construction of community archives,and formulates scientific development strategies in order to better promote the benign development of community archives in China.
