摘  要:为化解现有路面材料设计方法无法满足长寿命路面设计理念对高性能路面材料需求的矛盾,路面材料的设计和研究亟需引入新的研究理念和方法。材料基因组方法是一种实现材料高效设计的有效模式,可将其应用于沥青混合料的设计和研究中,以促进高性能沥青路面材料的研发和长寿命路面的建设。基于此,介绍了材料基因组技术的核心理念和利用材料基因思想进行沥青混合料研发的技术基础,归纳和总结了沥青混合料相基因和结构基因的研究进展,提出了材料基因思想在沥青混合料研发中的应用构想。研究表明,已有诸多的先进测试手段、分析方法和计算理论应用于沥青、集料和沥青混合料的多尺度特征表征,为材料基因思想应用于沥青混合料设计奠定了有效的技术基础。基于我国道路工程领域发展的基本情况,建议从沥青混合料基因特征参数的确定、沥青混合料数字化数据库的建立、沥青混合料数字化性能预测平台的建立及沥青混合料智能化按需设计平台的建立四方面开展沥青混合料基因思想应用研究,逐渐优化完善高性能沥青混合料的设计方法和性能研究。A certain gap exists between the current asphalt mixture design method and the effective design of high-performance pavement materials required by the design concept of long-life pavement.In order to fulfill this research gap,the design of pavement materials urgently needs novel and practical research concepts and methods.It is well known that Materials Genome Initiative(MGI)technology is such an effective method for efficient design of materials.It can be used in the design and research of asphalt mixture to promote the research and development of high-performance asphalt pavement materials and the construction of long-life pavement.Given this,the core concept of material genome technology was introduced,the technical basis of using material genetics idea in asphalt mixture design was summarized,as well as the research progress of phase gene and structure gene of asphalt mixture.The application conception of material genetics idea in the research and development of asphalt mixture was put forward.This comprehensive review indicates that many advanced test methods,analysis methods and calculation theories have been applied to characterize the multi-scale characteristics of asphalt,aggregate and asphalt mixture,which lays an effective technical foundation for the application of MGI in asphalt mixture design.Based on the current development of road engineering in China,it is recommended that the application of asphalt mixture genome technology could focus on the following four aspects:the determination of asphalt mixture gene characteristic parameters,the establishment of asphalt mixture digital database,the establishment of asphalt mixture digital performance prediction platform and the establishment of asphalt mixture intelligent on-demand design platform.With the achievement of these four proposed goals,the design method and performance research of high-performance asphalt mixture could be gradually optimized.
