摘　　要：为满足各相关方对多式联运信息交换与共享的需求,加快推动我国多式联运发展,以集装箱铁海联运为例,在梳理多式联运及铁路、海运相关国际公约、国际规则的基础上,阐述了多式联运的内涵及各多式联运相关方的定义,提出了单一运输方式运输链条的标准模型及铁海联运运输链条模型。通过细化铁海联运业务流程,得到铁海联运涉及的运输单据。基于相关国际公约、国际规则,提炼相应运输单据中的信息内容,从信息用途的角度对其进行分类,并从全程性、必备性及共用性三个维度对各类信息的性质进行判定,得出了多式联运信息处理的相关需求,明确了信息交换与共享、一单与多单、信息的电子化与标准化等多式联运信息处理的发展方向,提出了我国铁海联运信息交换与共享的发展策略。To meet the requirements of related parties for information exchange and sharing in multimodal transport and promote the development of multimodal transport in China,taking container railsea transport as an example,on the basis of reorganizing the international conventions and rules related to multimodal transport,railway and maritime transport,multimodal transport and related parties were defined and clarified.Models on single mode transport chain and rail-sea transport chain were established.Through detailed analysis on the operation flow of rail-sea transport,the relevant transport documents were obtained.Based on relevant international conventions and rules,the information content in the corresponding transport documents was extracted and classified from the perspective of information use.The character of all kinds of information was assessed from three dimensions:the whole process,the necessity and the commonality.Furthermore,the requirements of information handling were obtained,the development direction of multimodal transport information processing was clarified,such as information exchange and sharing one single and multiple orders,electronic and standardization of information.Finally,development strategies of information exchange and sharing of container rail-sea transport in China were proposed.
