补肾养阴汤治疗封闭抗体不足性复发性自然流产的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾养阴汤治疗封闭抗体不足性复发性自然流产的临床疗效。方法:选取复发性自然流产且中医辨证为肾精亏虚的患者100例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和治疗组各50例。在计划下次受孕前3个月开始入组治疗。对照组给予主动免疫治疗,治疗组给予补肾养阴汤(系自拟方)进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后封闭抗体转阳率,肾精亏虚证候积分及安全性。结果:治疗组的有效率、封闭抗体转阳率高于对照组;症候总积分、安全性评级低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾养阴汤治疗封闭抗体不足性复发性自然流产,疗效显著,能够有效改善各项症候积分,提高封闭抗体转阳率,安全可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yangyin decoction in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion due to deficiency of blocking antibody.Methods:One hundred patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and TCM syndrome differentiation of kidney essence deficiency were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group with 50 cases each according to random number method.The enrollment treatment was started 3 months before the planned next pregnancy.The control group was given active immunotherapy and the treatment group was given Bushen Yangyin decoction(self-made prescription).The clinical efficacy,the rates of blocking antibodies before and after treatment,the scores of syndromes of deficiency of kidney essence and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate and the blocking antibody conversion rate were higher while the total symptom score and safety rating were lower in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yangyin decoction is effective in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by insufficient blocking antibodies,can effectively improve the scores of symptoms and the conversion rate of blocking antibodies to positive and is safe and reliable.
