使用《2019世界卫生组织抗菌药物AWaRe分级目录》分析我国157家三级综合医院的抗菌药物使用强度

摘　　要：使用《2019世界卫生组织抗菌药物AWaRe分级目录》分析我国157家三级综合医院抗菌药物使用强度,发现2018年我国这157家医院共使用了135种抗菌药物,总累计使用强度为7212.17 DDDs,其中可用级、慎用级、备用级、不推荐使用的和未列入此目录的抗菌药物的累计使用强度占比分别为12.62%、62.82%、1.74%、15.91%和6.90%,各医院使用强度在21.41~149.58 DDDs间。157家医院中,累计使用强度最大的是慎用级抗菌药物,不推荐使用的抗菌药物次之;有3家医院使用强度最大的是不推荐使用的抗菌药物,仅有1家医院使用强度最大的是可用级抗菌药物。我国三级综合医院所用抗菌药物品种需优化,临床使用待规范。The WHO AWaRe categories of antibiotics were used to analyze the antibiotic consumption density(ACD)or antibiotic consumption per 100 inpatients per day in 157 tertiary general hospitals(TGHs)in China.In 2018,135 antibiotics were used in 157 TGHs in China and the total ACD was 7212.17 DDDs,in which the access,watch,reserve,not recommended and other categories of antibiotics accounted for 910.33 DDDs(12.62%),4530.50 DDDs(62.82%),125.81 DDDs(1.74%),1147.79 DDDs(15.91%)and 497.74 DDDs(6.90%),respectively.The ACD of every TGH was in the range of 21.41 to 149.58 DDDs.The watch category of antibiotics had the largest ACD and the next was the recommended category.There were 3 TGHs in the largest ACD of the recommended category and only one TGH in access category of antibiotics.The categories of antibacterial drugs used in Chinese TGHs need to be optimized and their clinical use is remained to be standardized.
