摘　　要：随着装备现代化程度的提升,装备零部件种类的急剧增加,协作配套关系日趋复杂,其中原材料的选用是产品研发过程中重要的环节。各类武器平台最终都要靠弹药来完成战术任务,因此,弹药行业在兵器工业中占有非常重要的地位。弹药产品设计和制造技术的先进性在很大程度上取决于材料,原材料的选用是产品研制开发过程中十分重要的环节。正确、合理地选材,方能保证产品及零部件的最佳技术性能、可靠性、安全性、经济性以及大批量生产的质量一致性。中国兵器工业集团有限公司近几年已陆续开展了金属材料、标准件的品种规格压缩工作,在科研生产中取得了良好的效果和收益。With the improvement of equipment modernization and the kinds increasements of equipment parts,the cooperation and matching relationships have been becoming more and more complex,among of them,the selection of raw materials was an important link in the product development process.All kinds of weapon platforms ultimately relied on ammunition to complete the tactical tasks,therefore,the ammunition industry played a very important role in the weapon industry.The advancement of the design and manufacture technology of ammunition depended on materials to a large extent,the selection of raw materials was a very important link in the process of product development.The selection of correct and reasonable materials could ensure the best technical performance,reliability,safety,economy and quality consistency of mass production of products and parts.In recent years,China Ordnance Industry Group Co.,Ltd.has successively carried out the work of compressing the varieties and specifications of metal materials and standard parts,and has achieved good results and benefits in scientific research and production.
