摘  要:针对危险品多目标运输路径优化中存在模糊不确定因素的信息融合及建模问题,提出集成模糊证据推理技术及ArcGis数据分析技术的路径优化模型。根据AHP法确定路段评估体系的因素权重并基于模糊信度结构建立因素间统一的描述框架;通过ArcGis搭建城市道路网络的空间数据平台,并进行数据预处理、模糊推理信息融合及模糊风险测度,完成单位路段因素信息融合运算;将单位路段评价结果导入ArcGis网络数据集中,基于内置Dijkstra算法及障碍设置完成不同条件下的运输路径选择。并以成都市部分区域为例,验证了方法的可行性与有效性。结果表明该方法操作简易,具有一定的实用性,可为路径选择模型应用过程中的不确定信息度量问题提供一定借鉴参考。In order to deal with problems of uncertain Information fusion and modeling in multi-model transportation, a simulation model of path optimization is proposed based on fuzzy evidence reasoning and Arc GIS data analysis. Firstly, according to the AHP method, the components and weights of evaluation factors are determined. A unified description framework of fuzzy reliability structure is established for evaluation objects. After that, the spatial data platform of urban road network is built by ArcGIS, and the data preprocessing, fuzzy reasoning fusion algorithm and fuzzy risk measurement method are carried out to complete the calculation of unit road section risk results. Then, the unit road risk is imported into the ArcGIS network data set, combined with the road length and obstacle setting, and the transportation path selection under different conditions is completed based on the built-in Dijkstra algorithm. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by taking one region of Chengdu as examples. The result shows that the method is simple and practical, and can provide technical support for the measurement of uncertain Information in the application of path selection model.
