摘  要:水资源短缺问题逐渐成为制约社会经济发展和影响社会稳定的重要因素之一,水资源短缺风险的评价是一个有价值的研究课题。由于水资源短缺问题具有不确定性,结合阜阳市水资源的实际情况,通过建立水资源短缺风险因子分析模型,识别出水资源短缺风险因子,结果显示生产用水和人口因子是阜阳市水资源短缺风险中的最主要的风险因子。进而找出影响阜阳市水资源紧张的两大主要因素是企业生产用水以及增长的人口,对于后续研究水资源短缺风险判别与控制水资源短缺的风险具有重要意义。The problem of water researches shortage has gradually become one of the important factors which restrict the economic development and influence the social stability,therefore,water shortage risk evaluation is worth researching.Due to the uncertainty caused by water shortage,based on the actual situation of water resources in Fuyang,the risk factors of water resources shortage were identified by establishing the risk factors analysis model.By using this model,it shows that production water consumption of enterprises and the increasing population are the main risk factors of water shortage in Fuyang city,which is of great significance to identify and manage the shortage risk of water resources in Fuyang.
