摘 要:以新建成贵铁路为例,通过地质分析、连续沉降观测与评估分析、内外作用力分析、发展趋势和后果等方面,分析了西南地区高铁路基找平层混凝土开裂现象产生的原因,认为主要原因在于混凝土温度应力导致,混凝土因温度应力在内部产生毛细裂纹后,在动荷载的反复作用下导致裂缝不断发展延伸,并探讨了对混凝土裂缝拟采用化学注浆,即环氧树脂封闭法进行处理的整治措施与预防策略。Based on the newly-built Chenggui Railway,this paper analyzes the causes of concrete cracking in the leveling layer of high railway subgrade in southwest China by geological analysis,continuous subsidence observation and evaluation analysis,internal and external forces analysis,development trend and consequence.The research shows that the main reason lies in the temperature stress of concrete.After the fine crack is generated inside the concrete due to the temperature stress,the crack develops and extends continuously under the repeated action of dynamic load.The treatment measures and prevention strategies for concrete cracking by chemical grouting,i.e.epoxy resin sealing method,are also discussed.
