摘　　要：目的通过分析某大学附属医院2009-2018年各级继续医学教育(简称“继教”)项目开展情况,发现继教工作中的问题,提出改进措施。方法采用回顾性分析方法,总结近十年该院开展的继教项目在数量、质量及管理等方面的经验与不足。结果该院国家级项目中标率较省级、市级低;国家级项目在逐年增加,而省级和市级项目数量近两年有减少趋势;国家级项目更有吸引力;项目学科覆盖范围较丰富,但不均衡;项目举办形式较单一;项目受众覆盖率有待提高;项目监管不够系统。结论希望通过以下举措促进继教管理。规范申报流程,严把项目评审质量关;发挥重点学科优势,申报高级别项目;建立奖惩机制,鼓励优秀项目;利用信息化平台,系统管理项目。继续医学教育的开展有利于促进附属医院医疗、教学、科研和学科建设整体水平的提高。Objective To analyze the development of continuing medical education(referred to as“follow-up”)at a certain university hospital in 2009-2018,and find out the problems in the work of follow-up and propose improvement measures.Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to summarize the experience and deficiencies in the quantity,quality and management of the follow-up projects carried out by the hospital in the past ten years.Results The national bidding rate of the hospital is lower than that of the provincial and municipal levels;the national level projects are increasing year by year,while the number of provincial and municipal projects has decreased in the past two years;the national level projects are more attractive;the scope is rich,but not balanced;the project is organized in a single form;the project audience coverage needs to be improved;the project supervision is not systematic.Conclusion Hope to promote the management of the follow-up through the following measures.Standardize the declaration process,strictly control the quality of project evaluation;give play to the advantages of key disciplines,declare high-level projects;establish reward and punishment mechanisms,encourage excellent projects;use information platform,system management projects.The development of continuing medical education is conducive to the improvement of the overall level of medical,teaching,scientific research and discipline construction in affiliated hospitals.
