摘　　要：淠史杭灌区是支撑区域经济社会发展的重要基础设施,为了全面提升灌区管理水平,保障灌区工程安全运行和充分发挥效益,标准化规范化管理是灌区必然选择和必由之路。从推行灌区标准化规范化管理的必要性、五大管理(组织、安全、工程、供用水、经济)具体举措以及管理成效三方面,探讨了淠史杭灌区标准化规范化管理工作进展情况及取得的阶段性成果。Pishihang Irrigation District is an important infrastructure to support regional economy and social development.In order to comprehensively improve the management level of irrigation district,ensure the safe operation of irrigation district and give full play to the benefits,standardized management of irrigation district is the inevitable choice and the only way.This paper discussed the progress of the standardized management in Pishihang Irrigation District and its phased achievements from three aspects:the necessity of implementing the standardized management in Pishihang Irrigation District,the concrete measures of the five major management(organization,safety,engineering,water supply and economy)and the management effect.
