摘 要:某船闸基坑在开挖过程中发生位移,采用装配式H型钢支撑方案和施工技术加固超深厚软土基坑。为研究装配式H型钢内支撑结合原有双排桩支护形式的安全性,采用理正7.0和GTS-NX软件进行建模分析,对加固方案抗倾覆和整体稳定、支撑轴力进行验算。选取一段闸室基坑作为试验段进行施工,对比开挖建基面的计算结果和监测成果。结果表明,加固方案的整体稳定性、支撑轴力满足相关规范要求;采用H型钢支撑加固后,土体深层水平位移的发展得到控制。Based on the displacement of a ship lock foundation pit in the process of excavation,we apply the scheme and construction technology of prefabricated H-beam steel support in the reinforcement of deep soft soil foundation pit.In order to study the safety of prefabricated H-beam steel support with original double row pile support,we use the software of Lizheng 7.0 and GTS-NX to conduct modeling analysis,check the anti-overturning and overall stability of the reinforcement scheme and the axial force of the support,select a section of lock chamber foundation pit as the test section for construction,and compare the calculation results and monitoring results of excavation foundation surface.The results show that the overall stability of the reinforcement scheme and the axial force of the support satisfy the requirements of relevant specifications,and the development of horizontal displacement of deep soil can be controlled by using H-beam steel support.
