摘　　要：为了解2019年新疆部分地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)抗体水平,本研究采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对采集的599份猪的血清进行猪PRRSV抗体检测。结果显示,PRRSV抗体平均阳性率为92.82%(556/599),高于国家规定标准(70.00%),S/P平均值为2.17±1.43,变异系数为65.83%。不同类别猪群抗体平均阳性率在80.00%~100.00%之间,存在一定差异。结果表明,调查的11个规模化养猪场PRRSV抗体平均阳性率均达到国家标准。但有3个规模化养猪场的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗体变异系数较高(>60.00%);不同类别猪群中,保育仔猪群和繁殖母猪群变异系数较高(>60.00%),需要调整完善现有的免疫程序,进一步加强猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的免疫防控。In order to understand the antibody level of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) in some areas of Xinjiang in 2019,599 serum samples were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the average positive rate of PRRSV antibody was 92.82%(556/599),which was higher than the national standard(70.00%).The average value of S/P was 2.17±1.43,and the coefficient of variation was 65.83%.The average positive rate of antibody was 80.00%~100.00% in different types of swine.The results indicated that the average positive rate of PRRSV antibody in 11 large-scale pig farms reached the national standard.But the coefficient of variation of PRRSV antibody in three large-scale pig farms was higher(>60.00%);in different types of pig herds,the coefficient of variation of PRRSV antibody in nurseries and breeding sows was higher(>60.00%).It was necessary to adjustthe immunization program and further strengthen immune prevention and control of the disease.
