强健性细纤度三眠蚕新品种蜀细1号的选育

摘　　要：为选育适应生产上推广应用的细纤度三眠蚕品种,以眠性稳定的三眠蚕土种大毛和LS2为父本,以经济性状优良,茧丝量高、丝质优、解舒丝长长、强健三齐的四眠蚕实用品种菁松、皓月为母本进行杂交,通过系统定向选育出综合经济性状良好且眠性稳定的强健性三眠蚕育种材料P035、P053、P055、P057、P059、P061、P077、H036、H088、H092、H102;采用杂交育种和系统选择方法,育成强健性细纤度三眠蚕品种蜀细1号。品种强健好养,眠性稳定(三眠率≥98%),龄期经过短(较常规四眠蚕品种短2~3d),食桑量少,感染发病率低,茧丝纤度细(2.244D)、纤度均方差小(0.203D)、净度优(95.14分)。于2019年通过四川省级品种审定[川蚕品审(2019)03号],适合在四川蚕区全年推广饲育。In order to select fine three molting silkworm varieties suitable for popularization and application in production,the native three molting silkworm varieties Damao and Ls2,with stable dormancy,were used as male parents,and the practical four molting silkworm varieties Jingsong and Haoyue were crossed as female parents,which were of excellent economic characteristics,high cocoon silk quantity,high silk quality,unwinding silk,and uniform in hatching,molting,exuviating,and maturing.The robust three molting silkworm breeding materials with excellent integrated economic traits and stable dormancy were selected through systematic directional breeding,including P035,P053,P055,P057,P059,P061,P077,H036,H088,H092,and H102;Using the methods of cross breeding and systematic selection,a robust fine three molting silkworm variety Shuxi 1 was bred.This variety was robust and easy to raise,with stable dormancy(trimolter rate≥98%),short instar(2~3 dshorter than conventional four molting silkworm varieties),less mulberry consumption,low infection incidence,fine cocoon silk size(2.244 D),small size mean square error(0.203 D),excellent clarity(95.14 points),and passed the Sichuan Provincial Variety Approval in 2019[Chuan Can Pin Shen(2019)03],Shuxi 1 is suitable for breeding in Sichuan silkworm areas throughout the year.
