摘　　要：赤峰市农业人口数量和农民专业合作社数量在内蒙古自治区均居首位,其农民专业合作社的发展状况具有一定的代表性,为农民专业合作社更好地服务"三农"提供参考,基于对内蒙古自治区赤峰市农民专业合作社发展现状的调研,指出其在资金、运营、人才、管理等方面存在的问题,并建议从加强宣传引导力度、加强技术培训服务、加强政策项目扶持和加强与贫困户紧密联结等方面促进脱贫攻坚事业中农民专业合作社的发展。The number of agricultural population and farmer professional cooperative quantity in Chifeng City rank the first in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The development status of its farmer professional cooperatives is representative to some extent.In order to provide a reference for farmer professional cooperative to better service Three Agriculture,based on the investigation of development status of farmer professional cooperative in Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the existing problems in fund,operation,talent and management are put forward,it is suggested to enhance promotion and guidance,improve technical training service,strengthen policy project support,and accelerate close connection with poverty-stricken household to promote the development of farmer professional cooperative in rural.
