温州城市“拥江发展”的战略性和现实性思考

摘　　要：面向未来,从区域视角、空间视角、产业视角研究温州中心城市发展战略目标和定位,分析以瓯江为轴“拥江发展”的城市空间结构形态的内在逻辑.立足温州实际,提出综合交通、瓯江新区、高等教育、宜居宜游、产业平台、营商环境等六方面关键性的策略和路径,进一步论证“拥江发展”加快区域中心城市建设的现实性问题.Facing the future,the strategic objectives and positioning of Wenzhou central city development was studied from region,space and industry perspectives,and the internal logic of the urban spatial structure and shape of“Development Embracing River”with Oujiang as the axis was analyzed.Based on the actual situation of Wenzhou,six key tactics and paths were put forward,including comprehensive transportation,New City Area of Oujiang,higher education,livable and tourist friendly environment,industrial platforms and business environment.The practical problems of speeding up the construction of regional central city by“Development Embracing River”was further demonstrated.
