摘 要:本文通过液相法合成了Pt掺杂ZnFe2O4纳米颗粒,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对材料结构、形貌等进行表征,并将其制成厚膜型气敏元件,探讨烧结温度、掺杂量及工作温度对其气敏性能的影响。结果表明:Pt掺杂未改变ZnFe2O4的尖晶石结构;600℃烧结,2%Pt掺杂ZnFe2O4气敏元件在150℃的工作温度下对1×10^-4(V/V0)的H2S气体灵敏度达144.11;在此工作温度下对1×10^-6(V/V0)~1×10^-3(V/V0)H2S气体均有较好的响应-恢复特性。In this present paper,Pt-doped ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles,the sensitive material,were fabricated by adopting the liquid phase method. Some tools,including X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),were applied to carry out the characterization of the structure and morphology of the materials. Afterwards,the Pt-doped ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles were fixed to alumina ceramic tube as a thick-film electrochemical gas sensor. Subsequently,the effects of sintering temperature,doping amount and working temperature on gas-sensing properties were discussed. The results demonstrated that the Pt doping did not change the spinel structure of ZnFe2O4. A total of 2% of Pt-doped ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles gas-sensitivity,sintered at 600 ℃,was the best,and its sensitivity can reach 144.11 to 1×10^-4(V/V0)H2S gas at the working temperature of 150 ℃. Under the optimum working temperature,it exhibited excellent response and recovery features for the range of 1×10^-6(V/V0)to 1×10^-3(V/V0)H2S gas.
