摘  要:针对手机自动组装过程中,手机盖板、玻璃均是在料盘中,料盘底部一般都有防滑垫,工厂流水线作业中,手机屏幕目前无法准确定位识别的问题,提出一种降低点集离散程度的筛选排异算法用以排除手机屏幕边缘可能遇到的干扰,结合最小二乘法拟合算法对手机进行亚像素级定位:首先,对盖板玻璃图像进行预处理,使用斜向Sobel算子来提取屏幕边缘点集P;然后,提出点集离散度D概念以判断点集拟合效果;最后,基于离散度D趋近于0时,可通过最小二乘法拟合出屏幕边缘的思路,提出筛选排异算法。实验结果证明,通过筛选后的点集可有效拟合出屏幕边缘,并将误差控制在一个像素点以内。In the process of mobile phone automatic assembly,the cover plate and glass of mobile phone are in the material tray,and the bottom of the tray is generally equipped with anti-skid pad. In the factory assembly line operation,the mobile phone screen can not be accurately located and identified. In order to eliminate the interference that may be encountered on the edge of the mobile phone screen,a filtering and exclusion algorithm is proposed to eliminate the possible interference on the edge of the mobile phone screen Sub pixel positioning:firstly,preprocess the cover glass image,and use the oblique Sobel operator to extract the point set P on the screen edge;secondly,the concept of point set dispersion D is proposed to judge the fitting effect of the point set;finally,based on the idea that the screen edge can be fitted by the least square multiplication when the dispersion D approaches to 0,the filtering and exclusion algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that the screen edge can be effectively fitted by the selected point set,and the error is controlled within one pixel.
