摘 要:基于聚A单链DNA为模板合成的金纳米簇(PolyA-AuNCs),构建了一种新传感方法用于检测半胱氨酸。以柠檬酸钠为还原剂,通过水浴加热法合成的DNA-AuNCs在471 nm处发射出蓝色荧光。当半胱氨酸存在时,半胱氨酸通过巯基与金离子之间的高亲和力,可以有效地淬灭金纳米簇的荧光。半胱氨酸的检测线性范围为0.01~1μmol/L,检测限为3.5 nmol/L,方法可用于检测胎牛血清中的半胱氨酸。Based on poly adenine(PolyA)-templated gold nanoclusters(PolyA-AuNCs),a fluorescent strategy was developed for detection of cysteine.Blue-emitting AuNCs at 471 nm were prepared by heating-assisted methods with sodium citrate as a reductant.In the presence of cysteine,the fluorescence of Au NCs was quenched effectively due to the high affinity between cysteine and gold.The relative fluorescence intensity displayed an good linear relationship with cysteine concentration in the range from 0.01μmol/L to 1μmol/L with the detection limit of 3.5 nmol/L.Furthermore,the assay was successfully applied for the detection of cysteine in fetal bovine serum samples(FBS)with good recoveries.
