摘 要:以无修饰碳糊电极为工作电极,采用差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法,建立了同时测定镉和铅的方法。测试了不同比例的碳糊,当石墨粉和液体石蜡质量比为3:1时电化学响应最佳。在p H 5.1的0.1 mol/L乙酸-乙酸钠(ABS)溶液中,沉积电位-1.5 V,沉积时间120 s等优选测试条件下,可实现水中Cd^2+和Pb^2+同时测定,Cd^2+和Pb^2+在5~500μg/L范围的线性相关系数分别为0.995和0.998,检出限分别为1.6和1.8μg/L。对实际水样进行加标实验,结果满足分析要求,有望实现水中镉和铅的快速现场检测。Simultaneous detection of cadmium and lead was established by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry technique,using an unmodified carbon paste electrode(CPE)as working electrode.Different ratios of graphite powder to liquid paraffin were tested,and the best electrochemical response was obtained with the ratio of3:1.In 0.1 mol/L sodium acetate buffer(ABS)at p H 5.1,Cd^2+and Pb^2+in water could be measured sensitively at the same time under optimal test conditions with deposition potential of-1.5 V and deposition time of 120 s.The linear correlation coefficients of Cd^2+and Pb^2+in the concentration range of 5-500μg/L were 0.995 and0.998,respectively,with the detection limits of 1.6μg/L for Cd^2+and 1.8μg/L for Pb^2+.The CPE was also applied for the determination of target ions in real samples,and satisfactory results suggesting it could be used for in-situ and rapidly detection of cadmium and lead in water.
