摘  要:采取水热法合成了壳核包裹型CdSe@ZnSe量子点,探讨了镉、锌(Cd:Zn)摩尔比对其电化学发光性能的影响,并用于多巴胺的检测。结果表明,当镉、锌(Cd:Zn)摩尔比为1:3时,CdSe@ZnSe量子点的电化学发光强度最大,是Cd Se量子点的6倍,且发光信号稳定,多巴胺对其发光具有抑制作用。当Cd S@ZnSe量子点加入量为6μL,量子点和多巴胺的作用时间为25 min时,在1.0×10^-14~1.0×10^-10mol/L范围内,电化学发光强度减少值与多巴胺浓度的对数值呈良好的线性关系。该方法可用于尿液中多巴胺的检测。The core-shell CdSe@ZnSe quantum dots were synthesized by a hydrothermal method,and the effect of mole ratio of Cd to Zn on the electrochemiluminescence property was investigated.The results showed that when the mole ratio of Cd to Zn was 1:3,the maximum electrochemiluminescence intensity of Cd Se@ZnSe quantum dots was obtained,and the intensity was 6 times that of pure Cd Se quantum dots.In the range of 1.0×10^-14-1.0×10^-10mol/L,there was a good linear relationship between the decrease of electrochemiluminescence intensity and the logarithm of dopamine concentration when the amount of Cd Se@Zn Se quantum dots was 6μL and the reaction time 25 min.The method can be used for the determination of dopamine in urine.
