摘　　要：基于偶氮衍生和表面增强共振拉曼散射(SERRS)技术建立了一种快速、简便、灵敏和高选择性的多巴胺检测方法。多巴胺与对巯基苯胺(重氮组分)快速偶联衍生为具有特异SERRS响应的偶氮产物,以其SERRS强度间接检测多巴胺含量。利用盐酸多巴胺注射液对该方法的分析性能进行了评价。结果表明,最优实验条件下在10~100 ng/m L浓度范围内,多巴胺偶氮产物的SERRS强度与多巴胺浓度的对数呈良好线性关系,线性方程为I1568=3842.43614+351.0961logc,相关系数(R2)为0.9929,检出限(LOD)为13.2 ng/m L。方法对盐酸多巴胺注射液测试结果与标准值基本一致,相对标准偏差(RSDs)在3.2%~5.3%之间,采用标准加入回收法测得回收率在97.4%~102.6%之间。基于偶氮衍生和SERRS的方法可用于多巴胺的快速灵敏检测。A rapid,simple,sensitive and selective dopamine determination method had been established based on azo derivation and surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering(SERRS).Coupling with p-aminothiophenol(diazo-component),dopamine was rapidly derived into corresponding azo product which had unique SERRS response.Indirect detection of dopamine was achieved by SERRS intensity of the corresponding azo product.In addition,analytical performance of the proposed method was evaluated by dopamine hydrochloride injection.The results indicated that the SERRS intensity of dopamine-derived azo compound showed good linear correlation with the logarithmic concentration of dopamine under optimal experimental conditions.The linear equation was I1568=3842.43614+351.0961 logc,and the correlation coefficient(R2)was 0.9929 with the limit of detection of13.2 ng/m L.The analysis result of dopamine hydrochloride injection was basically consistent with standard value.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were between 3.2%and 5.3%.The recoveries measured by standard addition recovery method were between 97.4%and 102.6%.Accordingly,the SERRS determination based on azo derivation can be used for detection of dopamine rapidly and sensitively.
