摘  要:传统实验室检测技术对毒品具有很好的选择性和灵敏度,但是仍需要开发简单、快速、高效的毒品快速检测手段。核酸适配体具有靶分子广、稳定性好、灵敏度高、特异性强等优点,与表面等离子体技术(SPR)相结合,可以实现无标记、高通量、实时快速监测小分子,被广泛应用于各个领域。然而,基于SPR技术的核酸适配体传感器用于毒品的检测鲜有报道,为此,对核酸适配体和表面等离子共振技术在毒品检测领域的应用特点及发展趋势作了研究,以期为科研人员提供参考和借鉴,从而推动毒品现场快速检测技术的更新与发展。Although traditional laboratory techniques for drug detection have high selectivity and sensitivity,a rapid,simple,fast and effective detection method is still highly desired.Aptamers have the advantages of wide target molecules,good stability,high sensitivity and specificity.Combined with surface plasma technology,they can realize unlabeled,high-throughput and rapid real-time monitoring of small molecules,and were widely used in various fields.However,aptamer biosensor based on surface plasmon resonance for drug detection was rarely reported.In this paper,the application characteristics and development trend of aptamer and surface plasmon resonance in drug detectionare was studied in depth,aiming to provide references for scientists so as to promote the update and development of rapid detection.
