自我淋巴引流预防乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自我淋巴引流预防乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的效果。方法将120例行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者随机分成2组,对照组60例实施患侧上肢功能锻炼联合健康教育干预,观察组60例在对照组干预措施上再联合自我淋巴引流。比较2组患者不同时间(术后1周、1个月、3个月和6个月)患侧上肢增加体积和淋巴水肿发生率。结果术后1周2组患侧上肢平均增加体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3和6个月观察组患者患侧上肢平均增加体积均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。术后1周2组患者淋巴水肿发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3和6个月观察组淋巴水肿发生率均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论自我淋巴引流可有效改善乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿,减少淋巴水肿发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-lymphatic drainage in preventing postoperative lymphedema in breast cancer patients.Methods A total 120 patients who underwent surgical treatment for breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received functional exercise of the affected upper limb and health education.Based on the intervention measures in control group,the observation group was treated with self-lymphatic drainage.The increased limb volume on the affected side and the incidence of lymphedema were compared between the two groups 1 week and 1,3 and 6 months after operation.Results There were no significant differences in the increased volume in the affected upper limb and the incidence of lymphedema between the two groups 1 week after operation(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the increased volume in the affected upper limb and the incidence of lymphedema remarkably decreased in observation group 1,3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-lymphatic drainage can effectively improve postoperative lymphedema and reduce the incidence of lymphedema in breast cancer patients.
