基于PLC和组态软件的氯碱厂污水处理监测系统设计

摘　　要：以米脂氯碱厂污水处理系统为研究对象,以组态软件为基础,设计与研究了该污水处理系统水质水量的在线监测系统,实现对污水处理中的关键数据的采集和远程监控。选用SIEMENS公司的WinCC工控组态软件对上位机监控功能进行组态,设计了工艺流程、记录查询、报警、报表、参数设定等操作画面,完成人机交互界面的设计可完成现场实时的在线监测。通过实验安装调试,能获取较稳定的实验数据,为污水处理实现实时监测提供理论和实验依据。Sewage treatment system of Mizhi Chloralkali Plant as the research object,based on configuration software,the design and research on on-line water monitoring realize key monitoring data acquisition and remote monitoring of sewage treatment.It selects the WinCC configuration software control in SIEMENS company on the PC monitor function configuration,designs the technological process,and records query operations such as picture,alarm,report forms,parameter setting.It completes the design of man-machine interface,which can realize the real-time online monitoring.More stable experimental data can be obtained through experimental installation and debugging,which provides theoretical and experimental basis for real-time monitoring of sewage treatment.
