摘　　要：全球能源短缺与人类社会的发展需求已成为当今世界发展的主要矛盾之一。如何更好地利用能效,使能源效益最大化,已经成为各国(地区)经济发展中必须要考虑的一个问题。为解决这一难题,各国(地区)针对不同耗能产品根据自身地区特点出具不同的能效标准法规。本文分析综述了中国、中国香港、沙特阿拉伯、越南、巴西、欧盟等国家(地区)对照明产品的能效要求,从各国(地区)的适用范围、符合性要求等进行研究比较。The global energy shortage and the development needs of human society have become one of the main contradictions in today’s world development.How to use energy more effectively has become a problem that must be considered in the economic development of various countries (regions).To solve this problem,a lot of countries and regions have issued different energy efficiency standards and regulations for different energy-consuming products according to their own regional characteristics.After comparing with various countries and regions’ energy efficiency standards and regulations,research result is given in this article such as product scope of different efficiency standards and regulations and compliance requirements.
