摘 要:PET材料在高温高压下易发生降解反应而析出,PET析出物易在四通阀和压缩机泵体等部件里析出并堆积堵塞,对空调的性能有极大的影响。通过对空调系统的循环机理及PET析出堵塞机制的分析,PET析出堵塞有三个重要因素:①PET高温析出溶解于冷冻油;②在空间狭窄且温度较低的部件内结晶析出;③不断堆积导致堵塞。结合PET材料高温降解的特性以及空调系统、使用环境和压缩机的排气温度对电机绕组的影响,通过更换电机的绑扎线材料,解决PET析出故障。同时,PET降解析出的根本原因是绕组温度超过材料极限工作温度。保证PET材料不析出的方法是从系统和使用环境上避免电机绕组异常过热,利用喷液降温和中间补气降温等降温方式可降低压缩机的排气温度,进而降低电机绕组的温度。PET material is easy to be precipitated by degradation reaction under high temperature and high pressure.Through the circulation mechanism of air conditioning system and the mechanism of PET precipitation blockage,PET precipitates are easy to be precipitated and accumulate and clog in parts such as four-way valve and compressor pump body,which has a great impact on the performance of air conditioning.There are three important factors for PET precipitation blockage:1.PET precipitation at high temperature is dissolved in frozen oil;2.Crystallization of PET precipitates in the parts with narrow space and low temperature;3.Combined with the high temperature degradation characteristics of PET material and the influence of air conditioning system,service environment and exhaust temperature of compressor on the motor winding,the PET precipitation fault can be solved by replacing the binding wire material of the motor.At the same time,the root cause of PET degradation precipitation is that the winding temperature exceeds the material limit operating temperature.The way to ensure that PET material does not precipitate is to avoid abnormal overheating of motor windings in the system and service environment.Cooling methods such as cooling by spray and cooling by intermediate air supplement can reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor and thus reduce the temperature of motor windings.
