摘 要:针对现有空调管路消音器设计指导多为单级结构,而串联扩张室消音器具有计算公式复杂,工程选型不方便的特点,首先对比了单级与串联扩张室消音器的传递损失特性,结果表明:相比单级结构,采用串联结构,会显著增加消音器的传递损失,拓展消音器消声带宽。基于上述规律,对原有设计方案的抗性消音器进行优化设计,优化后的消音器方案,在满足目标频率段传递损失不降低的前提下,实现消音器方案的小型化,材料成本可降低约30%。The calculation model for the existing tandem expansion chamber muffler is more simplified and the alculation formula is complex.Firstly,through the acoustic simulation analysis method,the transmission loss rule of the series expansion chamber is obtained,and the results are compared with the theoretical calculation.The results show that the simulation analysis results have a high degree of coincidence with the theoretical calculation results,and a new design method of the series expansion chamber muffler is established.Based on the above method,the expansion chamber muffler of the original series structure is optimized.The optimized silencer scheme realizes the miniaturization of the silencer scheme without reducing the transmission loss of the target frequency segment,and the material cost can be reduced by about 30%.
