风冷冰箱耗电量影响因素的研究

摘　　要：通过对新版电冰箱国家标准GB/T 8059-2016耗电量测试方法和计算评价进行研究解读,分析影响耗电量的主要因素有稳定状态平均功耗、化霜及恢复期耗电量、化霜间隔和防凝露加热器耗电量,针对这些主要因素提出相应改进措施和方案。同时以冰箱实际测试为例,对冰箱进行设计改进降低耗电量,验证理论分析和方案改进的有效性。Through the study and interpretation of the test method and calculation evaluation of power consumption of the new version of the refrigerator national standard GB/T 8059-2016,the main factors that analyze power consumption are stable state average power consumption,frost and recovery period power consumption,frost interval and anti-condensing heater scouts power.Propose improvements and programmes for these key factors.At the same time,the actual test of the refrigerator is example,design improvements to refrigerators reduce power consumption and verify the effectiveness of theoretical analysis and program improvements.
