摘　　要：在对通用质量特性要求研究与梳理的基础上,剖析了当前通用质量特性管理中普遍存在的与产品研制过程剥离、工作项目关系不明确、应用技术欠缺等问题,提出了通用质量特性工作项目与产品研制技术流程深度融合的解决方案,探讨了明确各工作项目关联关系的要求及如何落实的方法,并结合实践进行了推广应用。Based on the research of requirements of the general quality characteristics,some issues such as the separation of general quality characteristics management from the design and manufacturing processes,the unclear relationships among the items and the lack of application of related technologies are analyzed.The integration system of general quality characteristics items and the R&D processes is presented,and the implementation methods of the system are discussed.The integrated system is applied and the practicability is verified.
