摘  要:通过混沙湿藏、雪藏等方法对黄波萝种子进行处理,于处理开始40 d后每隔10 d取样一次,以干藏为对照,测定发芽率、发芽势。结果表明,不同的种子处理方法和处理时间对发芽率、发芽势有显著影响,其混沙湿藏是打破黄波罗种子休眠提高发芽率的较好方法,较混雪湿藏提高发芽率(绝对值)28.1百分点,较干藏提高发芽率(绝对值)62.8百分点,适宜的混沙湿藏时间是80~90 d。The seeds of Phellodendron amurense were treated by mixed sand wet storage and snow storage.After 40 days of treatment,samples were taken every 10 days,and the germination rate and germination potential were measured with dry storage as control.The results showed that different seed treatment methods and treatment time had significant effects on germination rate and germination potential.It was a good method to break the dormancy and increase the germination rate of Phellodendron amurense seeds.And compared with wet storage with mixed snow,the germination rate(absolute value)was increased by 28.1%,compared with dry storage,the germination rate(absolute value)was increased by 62.8%.The suitable wet storage time was 80~90 days.
