摘　　要：沙漠气候恶劣,但以色列的现代沙漠农业举世瞩目。其关键是管理和发挥当地自然资源优势,特别是水资源开发和管理方面。研发机构探索出足以支持发展区域性沙漠农业的技术,还有温室技术、病虫害综合治理、土壤盐害控制、沙漠砂利用等,以及引进了多种适宜沙漠气候的鳄梨、火龙果、荷荷巴等作物种;在养殖业方面主要有池塘养罗非鱼和沙漠养鸵鸟。沙漠农业是一种密集型,高投入的现代化管理下的高科技农业,只有充分利用沙漠地区的优势,开发独特的商业产品,才能形成高效的现代沙漠农业。Despite the harsh climate in desert,Israel’s desert agriculture has developed in areas with concentrated water resources,which has attracted worldwide attention.The key is the management and taking advantage of local natural resources,especially in water resources development and management.In addition,they have explored technologies sufficient to support the development of regional desert agriculture,as well as greenhouse protective technologies,integrated pest management,soil salt damage control,and desert sand to replace unsuitable soils,etc.,and introduced a variety of crops suitable for desert climate like avocado,pitaya,jojoba,etc.;In the breeding industry,they are feeding tilapia in the pond and ostrich in the desert.Desert agriculture is an intensive,high-investment and high-tech agriculture under modern management,only by making full use of the advantages of desert and developing unique commercial products can formed a high-efficiency modern desert agriculture.
