摘 要:系泊试验和航行试验是舰载电子装备研制过程中必然要经历的阶段,而在该阶段由于实际使用中多种因素的作用,发生故障是常有的事情。故障归零则是舰载电子装备研制技术人员经常遇到的问题,传统的故障归零纠正措施验证中,一般仅开展功能性能验证。在新形势下,订购方已经开始要求研制单位开展可靠性验证。如何在已经完成设计鉴定或可靠性鉴定试验后,既能降低研制单位故障归零成本,又能满足订购方的要求,是亟须解决的重要问题。结合工程经验,本文提出了两阶段系统级试验法,通过某型指挥控制系统电源机柜配电单元的故障归零验证实践,阐明该方法很强的工程应用。Mooring test and navigation test are the inevitable stages in the development of shipboard electronic equipment.In these stages,due to various factors in actual use,it is common to have faults.The closed-loop process of fault is a common problem encountered by shipboard electronic equipment development technicians.In the traditional verification of corrective measures,only functional performance verification is generally carried out.In the new situation,the orderer has begun to require the developer to carry out reliability verification.How to reduce the cost of the closed-loop process of fault,and meet the requirements of the orderer after the design appraisal or reliability appraisal test had been completed is an important problem to be solved.Combined with engineering experience,a two stage system-level test method is proposed in this paper.Through the verification practice of a power distribution cabinet of a command and control system in fault closed-loop process,the engineering applicability of the method is illustrated.
