摘　　要：本文重点研究了环境应力筛选中凝露的形成原因及其控制措施,提出了一种干空气自动补偿的解决方案,解决了环境应力筛选中防凝露现象的难题,避免了在环境应力筛选中因非被试品因素产生凝露而造成的故障现象,并通过大量现场试验数据验证了该方案的有效性与可行性。This article emphasis on environmental stress screening in the gel formation and influence caused by the presence of moisture,study how to avoid or reduce environmental stress screening process of humidity or condensation phenomenon.This paper proposes a solution based on automatic control,to avoid environmental stress screening in false alarm caused by factors other than equipment to produce condensation phenomenon,and through a large number of field test data proves the reliability and feasibility of the scheme.
