摘  要:ZYJ7电液转辙机是确保列车安全运行的重要设备之一。针对传统的转辙机钩锁装置传动故障检测存在的检测检测结果不准确,漏检率较高等问题,提出了ZYJ7电液转辙机钩锁装置传动故障检测方法。分析ZYJ7电液转辙机钩锁装置在传动过程中液压油压力的标准曲线以及典型故障曲线,提取特征参数组建特征矩阵,对特征矩阵进行无量纲化处理,同时组建关联矩阵。针对ZYJ7电液转辙机钩锁装置传动过程中出现的故障,提取对应的特征向量,计算和关联矩阵之间关联度的大小,实现ZYJ7电液转辙机钩锁装置传动故障检测。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够快速、准确实现ZYJ7电液转辙机钩锁装置传动故障检测。ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic switch machine is one of the important equipment to ensure the safe operation of trains.Aiming at the problems of inaccurate detection results and low missed detection rate of traditional switch machine hook lock device transmission fault detection,a ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic switch machine hook lock device transmission fault detection method was proposed.Analyze the standard curve and typical fault curve of the hydraulic oil pressure of the ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic point machine hook lock device during transmission,extract the characteristic parameters to form the characteristic matrix,perform the infinite tempering on the characteristic matrix,and form the correlation matrix.Aiming at the faults in the transmission process of the ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic point machine hook lock device,extract the corresponding feature vector,calculate the size of the correlation degree with the correlation matrix,and realize the transmission fault detection of the ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic point machine hook lock device.The simulation experiment results show that the proposed method can quickly and accurately realize the transmission failure detection of the ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic switch machine hook lock device.
