摘　　要：研制的新型温度、湿度、振动、盐雾四综合动态加速试验系统,真实模拟自然环境因素和力学环境对产品的影响,为产品环境适应性研究提供了一个全新的试验手段。研制的试验系统由自然环境加速试验分系统、振动模拟试验分系统、人机交互与记录分系统和环境防护分系统四个分系统组成,动态模拟单一、耦合和贮存环境等环境条件并能按一定的试验参数和试验谱要求进行,将户外暴露试验和加速试验相结合,再现样品的环境剖面。研制的系统经过了计量和多次试验,其试验效果和控制精度经鉴定均能满足试验要求。该系统通过在海南万宁试验站应用表明,能够适应恶劣的湿热海洋环境,试验条件控制和试验结果良好,能满足产品或材料环境适应性验证和加速试验要求,具有广阔的应用前景。A new type of four integrated dynamic acceleration test system for temperature,humidity,vibration and salt spray was developed,which can simulate the effect of natural environment and mechanical environment on products,and provide a new test method for the study of environmental adaptability of Products.The system is composed of four subsystems:natural environment acceleration test subsystems,vibration simulation test subsystems,human-computer interaction and recording subsystems and environmental protection subsystems.It can simulate single,coupling and storage environment dynamically and can be carried out according to certain test number and test spectrum repuirements.The outdoor explosion test and acceleration test are combined to reproduce the environmental profile of the sample.The system has been tested for many times,and its test effect and control accuracy can meet the test requirements.The application of the system in Wanning test station of Hainan Province shows that it can adapt to the bad wet environment,the control of test conditions and test results are good,it can meet the requirements of product or village material environment adaptability verifacation and accelerated test,and it has wide application prospect.
