摘　　要：高校学生培养过程档案是学校档案资源的重要组成部分,不仅能帮助评估高校学生教育培养质量,还能反哺高校学生培养工作,因此高校学生培养过程档案进行知识化管理是必要的。文章从高校学生培养过程的档案管理背景和知识化管理的需求入手,在了解影响高校学生培养过程档案知识化管理的因素的基础上,分析了高校学生培养过程档案知识化管理在安全保障、协调工作、建设投入等方面存在的问题。并结合问题,提出了基于DIKW架构的高校学生培养过程档案知识化管理基本流程,进一步提出了高校学生培养过程档案知识化管理针对性对策,以期优化高校学生培养过程档案知识化管理过程,更好地发挥高校学生培养过程档案对高校教育质量的评估作用或其他社会价值。College student training process archives are an important part of the school’s archive resources.They can not only help evaluate the quality of college student education and training,but also feed back the work of college student training.Therefore,knowledge management of college student training process archives is necessary.The article starts with the background of archives management in the process of college student training and the needs of knowledge management,and on the basis of understanding the factors that affect the knowledge management of archives in the process of college student training,it analyzes the security and coordination of the knowledge management of archives in the process of college student training.Problems in work and construction investment.Combining with the problems,it puts forward the basic process of archives knowledge management of college student training process based on the DIKW structure,and further puts forward the targeted countermeasures of archives knowledge management of college student training process,in order to optimize the process of archives knowledge management of college student training process,and better Give full play to the role of college student training process files in evaluating the quality of college education or other social values.
