“万病一毒论”之蛇串疮辨治刍议

摘　　要：蛇串疮是皮肤科常见疾病,中医学又将其称之为“缠腰火丹”“火带疮”“蛇丹”,常伴丘疱疹、水疱、疼痛,经常会顺沿一侧经络走向对外呈现出显著的带状样分布,所以西医才将其命名为“带状疱疹”,具体是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的疱疹性、炎症性皮肤病,最近几年中本病的患病人数有不断增长的趋势。随着中医理念逐渐和现代医学相融合,蛇串疮的中医辨证施治也在临床上获得了越来越多的应用。本文将对“万病一毒论”在蛇串疮的辨证施治上作一理论探讨。Snake-like sores is a common disease in dermatology.It is also called“chanyao huodan”,“huodaichuang”and“shedan”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is often accompanied by herpes,blister and pain.It often presents a significant zoster like distribution along one side of the meridians.Therefore,it is named“herpes zostor”in western medicine,specifically the herpes and inflammation caused by varicella zoster virus.In recent years,the number of patients with dermatosis has a growing trend.With the gradual integration of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,the syndrome differentiation and treatment of serpentine sores has been more and more applied in clinic.In this paper,the theory of“all diseases associated with poison”is discussed in treatment of snake-like sores based on syndrome differentiation.
