摘　　要：骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减低、骨组织微结构损坏,导致骨脆性增加、易发生骨折为特征的全身性骨病。该病患病率高,西医治疗主要是补充钙剂、活性维生素D及应用抗骨松、促骨形成的药物,治疗本病费用高昂,治疗周期长。本文总结了张华东教授治疗骨质疏松症的经验,分析合理饮食、日晒及运动防治骨质疏松症的机理并结合中医养生。强调患者户外锻炼的重要性,提出患者自我康复是药物治疗的有效替代及补充手段;中医辨治从脾胃、肾、血论治,临床屡有良效。Osteoporosis is a systemic osteopathy characterized by reduced bone mass and damaged bone microstructure,which leads to increased bone fragility and fracture prone.The disease has a high morbidity.Western medicine is mainly used to supplement calcium,active vitamin D and anti-osteoporosis and osteogenesis drugs.The cost of treatment is high and the treatment cycle is long.This paper summarizes Professor Zhang Huadong’s experience in the treatment of osteoporosis,and analyses the mechanism of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by reasonable diet,sunshine and exercise combined with health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine.Emphasizes the important role of outdoor exercise,and proposes that patient self-rehabilitation is an effective alternative and complementary means of drug therapy,approved traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment of spleen,stomach,kidney and blood has obtained effect in clinic.
