补肾健脾化瘀法治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析原发性骨质疏松症(POP)采用补肾健脾化瘀法治疗的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2018年8月收治的POP患者74例,随机分为观察组(碳酸钙D3片+补肾健脾化瘀法)和对照组(碳酸钙D3片),各37例,对比治疗效果。结果观察组功能障碍评分(64.26±5.02)分、NRS评分(2.51±0.18)分、髋部BMD值(0.83±0.16)g/cm2、腰椎L2-4BMD值(0.86±0.15)g/cm2、BALP(44.60±5.55)IU/L、CT(2.77±0.75)ng/L、TRACP-5b指标(2.78±0.61)U/L均优于对照组(72.68±4.32)分、(3.32±0.27)分、(0.74±0.16)g/cm2、(0.70±0.14)g/cm2、(53.36±5.81)IU/L、(2.49±0.78)ng/L、(3.35±0.52)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脾化瘀法联合碳酸钙D3治疗POP效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of primary osteoporosis(POP)treated with the method of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and removing blood stasis.Methods 74 cases of POP patients admitted from July 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(calcium carbonate D3 tablets and the method of tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen and removing blood stasis)and the control group(calcium carbonate D3 tablets),with 37 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results Functional impairment score(64.26±5.02),NRS score(2.51±0.18),hip BMD(0.81±0.16)g/cm2,lumbar l2-4bmd(0.76±0.14)g/cm2,BALP(44.60±5.55)IU/L,CT(2.77±0.75)ng/L,tracp-5b(2.78±0.61)U/L of the observation group were all better than those of control group(72.68±4.32),(3.32±0.27),(0.81±0.16)g/L Cm2,(0.75-0.15)g/cm2,IU/L(53.36+5.81),(2.49-0.78)ng/L,(3.35-0.52)U/L,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and removing blood stasis method combined with calcium D3 carbonate is effective in the treatment of POP.
